Bama Hillel and Matisyahu

On Sunday, August 28, after Hillel’s annual “Welcome Back Barbeque”,  a busload of more than 40 Bama Hillel students traveled to Birmingham’s Alys Stephens Center for a Matisyahu concert. The highlight of the Jewish reggae/hip hop artist’s show was during his final song, “One Day”  when he brought audience members onstage! Look closely and you will see UA students Ben Flax, Raya Greenberger, and Amy Castleberry on stage with the singer.
